Education
Educating the restaurant industry on the latest tech advances is extremely important to the NovaDine team so we make it a priority to participate in a variety of panels, seminars, and podcasts throughout the year to keep that communication and information flowing.
In mid-May, our CEO, George Istfan, participated in a webinar dedicated to “Off-Premises and Third-party Delivery Strategies.” This webinar was featured during the 2020 Restaurant Recovery Week, a daily webinar series hosted by Franchise Times, the Restaurant Finance Monitor, Food On Demand, and Foodservice News. George did an incredible job of representing our company’s mission and values while discussing ideas and solutions to help restaurant’s transform into their new normal.
We also added podcasts to our marketing repertoire when NovaDine was a sponsor for “Progress Over Perfection and Delivery in the Time of Covid-19”, an excellent platform which supports the “We are all in this together” mentality. We wanted listeners to understand that we are all figuring this out and navigating the changes as necessary. The most important message was that we were seeing progress and working towards improving the process, though we still had a lot of work in front of us.
Another win for NovaDine was the release of our new whitepaper “Curbside and Contactless Pickup/Delivery Options: Solution-Driven for the New Normal”, an in-depth look at how Curbside and Contactless Pickup and Delivery options may become the new normal for the restaurant industry as a result of a massive shift towards off-premise dining in the form of online ordering, takeout and delivery options.
NovaDine’s whitepaper was also featured at the recent 2020 Food On Demand Virtual Conference where NovaDine was a vendor participating with an interactive booth to share their latest features and services to restaurant owners across the country.
